Q. If each kit is individually produced and complete with hand made parts. Will it assemble easily or need adjusting to fit.
A. Every kit will assemble perfectly. Each and every one is dry assembled by myself to check all components before packing. No adjustment needed
Q. I would like to order a bespoke kit but see I have to wait several weeks. Will I be given an actual completion date.
A. All completion dates are worst case scenario. Usually an order will be completed ahead of schedule. In twenty years of business we have never been late with an order.
Q. Do you keep heirloom kits in stock?
A. Usually we make houses to keep stock levels maintained. However we always ensure orders are completed before we stock pile. Therefore when busy with orders we struggle with stock levels. If you want a house that’s out of stock then please order over the phone with a deposit to secure your chosen house.
